Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and customer service support in a luxury boutique. Assist front and back of house operations including sales support, merchandising tasks, and client interactions to maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and provide friendly assistance on the selling floor
• Support sales team with selling process and point of sale packaging
• Hang merchandise, return items to the floor, and retrieve stock
• Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor standards
• Stock supplies such as bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery
• Support concierge doorperson and greeter activities
• Assist with after sales tasks such as logging repairs and contacting clients
• Answer phones and provide timely customer service

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Customer service oriented mindset
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
• Available for temporary seasonal assignment
