Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support in a luxury boutique. Responsibilities include assisting clients, supporting the sales team with merchandise handling, maintaining sales floor standards, and performing after sales and reception duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and offer assistance at point of sale
• Assist with wrapping and packaging purchases
• Support sales team by hanging merchandise and returning items to the floor
• Retrieve stock and prepare items in the stock room
• Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor presentation
• Stock supplies such as bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery
• Answer phones and provide friendly customer service
• Support concierge doorperson and greeter activities
• Log repairs contact clients and maintain after sales records

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to perform clerical tasks for front and back of house
