Job Description

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and customer service support for front and back of house operations in the boutique. Assist the sales team with merchandising tasks, client interactions, packaging at point of sale, and general store upkeep. Support after sales activities including logging repairs and contacting clients, and answer phones with friendly service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients promptly and offer assistance on the selling floor
  • Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
  • Hang merchandise, return items to the floor, and retrieve stock
  • Prepare and organize stock room and work station
  • Maintain merchandise presentation and replenish supplies like boxes and ribbons
  • Support client service functions including concierge and greeter activities
  • Log repairs and maintain records for after sales service
  • Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service oriented with ability to handle difficult situations with composure
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance
  • Willingness to perform clerical and sales support duties as assigned
