Summary
Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and customer service support in a boutique sales environment. Assist sales team with merchandising, packaging, stockroom tasks, and front of house duties while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients promptly and provide friendly customer service
- Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support sales team by hanging merchandise and returning items to the sales floor
- Retrieve stock and prepare items in the stock room
- Organize and replenish supplies such as bags boxes note cards ribbons and stationery
- Maintain selling floor presentation standards including straightening and filling in
- Answer phones and provide timely courteous assistance
- Support Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter activities
- Assist After Sales tasks including logging repairs contacting clients and maintaining records
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Able to handle difficult situations with composure and compassion
- Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Available for temporary seasonal schedule and flexible duties as assigned
