Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate - Short Hills

The Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate at Hermès Short Hills will provide essential clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the boutique. This role is crucial for maintaining high levels of service and operational efficiency during the busy month of May 2025.

• Provide high levels of service to clients, including greeting, assisting, and wrapping at point of sale.
• Support the sales team with merchandise handling and stock room preparation.
• Organize and maintain work station and selling floor standards.
• Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales areas, including logging repairs and maintaining records.
• Answer phones and provide friendly customer service.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
