Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and provide friendly customer service.
• Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support sales team by hanging and returning merchandise and retrieving stock.
• Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor merchandise standards.
• Stock supplies such as bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery.
• Support concierge doorperson and greeter host activities.
• Log repairs, contact clients, and maintain after sales records.
• Answer phones in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with composure in difficult situations.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to perform clerical and sales support tasks.
• Available to work temporary seasonal schedule at the Topanga store.
