As a Temporary Senior Client Advisor based in Short Hills, you will deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients while achieving individual and team sales goals. You will leverage advanced clienteling and product knowledge to grow and maintain a client book, support visual standards, and contribute to overall store performance. The role requires a results-driven, collaborative approach and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets and support store objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, advising, and exceeding client expectations
• Use product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell across categories
• Develop and maintain a client book, updating information in company tools
• Leverage clienteling tools to recruit new clients and build long-term relationships
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain front- and back-of-house organization and security
• Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks
• Mentor new joiners and support management in team development

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding individual sales goals and contributing to team results
• Experience in leather goods and/or ready-to-wear retail
• Strong clienteling, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset, results-driven, and a collaborative team player
