Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and productivity through KPI management including sales, UPT, conversion, and inventory.
- Execute company initiatives, policies, and in-store merchandising standards flawlessly.
- Lead and coach the sales team on customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop store talent and manage employee performance.
- Manage daily store operations including scheduling, payroll, cash management, shipping, and inventory control.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans with the Regional Director to grow sales.
- Oversee after sales operations and consignment programs to maximize client engagement.
- Maintain store operating budget and monitor expenses to optimize costs.
- Support product launches and local events to build clientele and drive sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Proven track record of sales generation, client building, and employee development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Business acumen with ability to analyze data and take action to drive results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a 40-hour workweek.
