Temporary Wholesale Coordinator

Summary

Supports the US Wholesale team during the Spring 2027 market in the showroom. Ensures the showroom is prepared, organized, and welcoming while helping sales representatives deliver smooth appointments. This is an in-office temporary position during the market period.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the showroom, preparing and resetting the space around appointments.
• Coordinate catering orders, deliveries, refreshments, and spend documentation.
• Greet visitors, manage appointment flow, and communicate schedule changes to the team.
• Pull, organize, track, return, and store samples while assisting sales representatives during appointments.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a showroom, retail, fashion, or events coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and a polished professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and full availability during the market period.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Fashion wholesale or luxury retail experience and familiarity with wholesale markets are preferred.
