This role analyzes sales data and market insights to inform purchasing decisions, maintains optimal inventory across retail and online channels, and ensures authenticity and condition through collaboration with watchmakers and experts.

Responsibilities

• Source new and pre owned watches from dealers, collectors, and auction houses
• Analyze sales data and market trends to guide purchasing decisions
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across stores and online platforms
• Evaluate authenticity, condition, and value of timepieces
• Collaborate with watchmakers or external experts for evaluations and service recommendations
• Work with sales, marketing, and operations to support launches and drive sell through
• Negotiate purchase terms and pricing with suppliers
• Curate assortment to align with brand identity and customer demand

Requirements

• Timepiece experience required
• Knowledge of the market, clients, and competitors
• Merchandising experience preferred
• Proficiency with Excel Word and PowerPoint
• SAP experience preferred
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
