Summary

The Top Seller Assistant supports a salesperson throughout the selling process and helps deliver outstanding customer service. This role contributes to team goals and maintains an organized, customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Support the salesperson with all aspects of the selling process.
• Prepare customer fitting rooms with selected merchandise.
• Build positive relationships and support team goals.
• Complete department maintenance, including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.

Requirements

• Ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational, follow-through, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns proactively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
