Job Description

Summary

The Total Rewards and Compensation Manager develops competitive compensation programs that attract and retain talent across multiple states. This role supports pay practices that recognize performance while ensuring compliance and reflecting the company’s luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and manage total compensation programs, including commission structures and incentive plans.
  • Use compensation modeling and analytics to inform pay practices and program decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support competitive, compliant compensation programs across multiple states.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of compensation analysis experience, preferably in luxury retail or a similar industry.
  • Expertise in total compensation programs, including commission structures and incentive plans.
  • Multi-state experience and strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency, with experience in compensation modeling and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
