Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-store experiences using provided scripts, costumes, props, and character details.
• Engage guests, build relationships, recommend products, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Book and manage appointments while supporting multiple guests when needed.
• Process transactions, replenish stock, maintain merchandising standards, and answer questions about the store and local area.
• Maintain the provided uniform and support product-related tasks.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced premium retail or experience-based environment preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform engaging presentations for individuals and large audiences.
• Theatrical, acting, music, or dance experience is a plus.
• Ability to remain positive and in character for extended periods and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
