Trade Consultant - King Of Prussia Gallery

Summary

The Trade Consultant delivers a luxury experience to RH Trade clientele by providing product expertise, professional service, and partnership with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the trade business within the Gallery. The role involves client consultations, gallery tours, site visits, project development and internal coordination to support installations and ensure fiscal goals are met. The consultant maintains strong relationships within the interior design community and represents RH with an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated, client-focused service and product expertise to RH Trade clients
• Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to develop and grow the Gallery Trade business
• Qualify and manage trade clientele through consultations, gallery tours and site visits
• Support project development and coordinate internal teams and installations
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and ensure fiscal goals are achieved

Requirements

• Experience in a high-end furniture showroom, luxury retailer or design firm with established trade relationships
• Proven success working with the interior design/trade community and strong relationship-building skills
• Strategic, highly organized, results-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Google Apps and experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
• Basic to proficient ability to read floor plans; ability to travel locally or out of state and lift/mobilize items up to 25 lbs.
