Trade Consultant

Summary

Provide first-class service to RH Trade clients by leveraging product expertise and an entrepreneurial approach to grow the trade business within the Pittsburgh Gallery. Partner with the Residential Trade Leader and cross functional teams to qualify and support trade clientele through consultations, site visits and project coordination while ensuring fiscal goals are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury experience for trade clientele through professionalism and elevated service
• Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the RH Trade business within the Gallery
• Qualify potential clients and manage relationships with existing trade clientele
• Conduct consultations, Gallery tours and site visits to assist project development
• Coordinate internal services and project installations with cross functional teams
• Maintain relevancy within the interior design community and industry trends
• Ensure fiscal goals and sales targets are achieved

Requirements

• Experience within a high-end furniture showroom, luxury retailer or design firm
• Proven relationship-driven success working with the interior design and trade community
• Strong organizational, strategic and results-oriented skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Basic to proficient ability to interpret floor plans
