Trade Consultant

Summary

The Trade Consultant delivers a luxury experience to RH Trade clientele through product expertise, professionalism, and elevated service. This role partners with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the trade business and build strong relationships within the interior design community.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospective trade clients and build relationships with existing clientele through consultations, Gallery tours, and site visits.
• Support project development and coordinate services and installations with internal teams.
• Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the Gallery's trade business and achieve fiscal goals.
• Maintain product expertise and relevance within the luxury and design industry.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-end furniture showroom, luxury retailer, or design firm.
• Existing relationships and proven success working with the interior design or trade community.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Basic to proficient ability to interpret floor plans preferred.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state and lift or mobilize items up to 25 pounds.
