Summary

The Trade Consultant builds the interior design trade business and delivers first-class service to clients and teams. The role provides a luxury experience through client consultations, product expertise, and coordination of design services and installations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the interior design trade business.
• Qualify and educate design and trade clients through consultations and site visits.
• Assist with design development, internal service coordination, and product installations.
• Provide product expertise and elevated service while supporting Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-end interior design showroom.
• Be strategic, highly organized, results-oriented, and attentive to detail.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building a thriving trade business.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Current driver's license and clean driving record; ability to travel locally or out of state.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the role.
