Job Description

Summary

Support Saint-Louis Crystal's sales and marketing operations across the United States and Canada as part of a small, cross-functional team. The five-month, in-person internship at the Hermès US corporate headquarters in New York City involves coordinating events and trade shows, developing operational tools and sales materials, and contributing to reporting and merchandising forecasts. The role offers exposure to boutiques, wholesale accounts, logistics, communications, and the head office in France. The schedule may be full- or part-time to accommodate academic requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate loans to press, stores, and events and manage special projects.
  • Organize trunk shows and trade show participation, including sales tools, orders, and product delivery.
  • Assist in event organization and support sales activations in the US market.
  • Develop and distribute sales tools and ensure consistent in-store displays and assortment proposals.
  • Provide business analysis and regular reporting on sales, product rankings, and inventory; participate in merchandise forecasting.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student available for the program period (January 11–July 2, 2027); prior experience of approximately 6 months recommended.
  • Organized with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work collaboratively and with autonomy.
  • Sensitivity to design/home decoration and the luxury market; French is a plus.
  • Ability to work in-person at the Hermès US corporate headquarters in New York City.
