Trainee, Dei Csr And Internal Communications

Summary

Corporate trainee position supporting DEI CSR and internal communications initiatives as part of an 8 month full-time program. The role contributes to employee experience and employer branding through administrative support project work and cross functional collaboration while reporting to the Senior Director of DEI CSR and Internal Communications.

Responsibilities

• Support DEI efforts including data analysis presentation creation and training coordination
• Assist CSR programs logistics communications and platform management
• Provide administrative and logistical support to committees and taskforces
• Support employee experience initiatives including onboarding recognition and event coordination
• Assist in development and dissemination of internal HR communications and manage inboxes
• Support employer branding activities including content logistics and talent coordination
• Develop and edit presentations and documents and manage budgets

Requirements

• Available full time M-F 9-6 for an 8 month program with some remote Friday work
• At least 6 months of prior relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint Word Excel and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize multitask and work in a complex environment
• Highly organized diligent and attentive to detail
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
