Trainee Human Resources

As a Trainee Human Resources at Dior, you will participate in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization. Based in our NYC Corporate office, you will support the organization’s objectives through administrative and project work, impacting the organization by supporting various HR Generalist responsibilities.

• Support HR Generalists with corporate recruitment administrative tasks including sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Create, manage, and close job requisitions in our applicant tracking systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure corporate Joiners & Leavers are set up efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of employees in systems data.
• Assist with execution of Trainee Program & corporate events.
• Participate in campus recruitment events to source talent for early career positions.
• Assist in Employee Relations management for retail and corporate populations.
• Oversee and update the floor plan for our NYC Corporate Office.
• Partner with the Communications team to manage and create companywide internal announcements.

• Full-time, 12-month program from July 2025 through July 2026.
• Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
• At least 6 months of prior HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
