Trainee PR Entertainment Relations

As a Trainee in PR Entertainment Relations, you will participate in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization. You will assist the Public Relations team in various areas including reporting and sample trafficking for VIP and Entertainment Relations across Women's, Men's, and Couture categories. Your role will support the organization's objectives through administrative and project work.

• Generate weekly press reports and clippings for celebrity categories from print and online publications.
• Coordinate fittings and fulfill dressing requests with the entertainment relations team for womenswear and menswear.
• Develop monthly press reports for all categories.
• Manage social media press reviews and compile industry news reports.
• Assist during PR events and fashion shows with RSVPs and dressing lists.
• Coordinate and track international and domestic shipping of samples and gifts.
• Maintain showroom and closet organization and presentation.
• Manage logistics for editorials and celebrity fittings.

• Full-time, 12-month program availability from Monday to Friday, 9-6pm.
• At least 6 months of prior experience.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate with internal and external groups.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under specific timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Knowledge of Fashion GPS.
