Job Description

Summary

The Dior Corporate Trainee program is designed to identify and develop future talent across functional areas. The role focuses on driving client and associate engagement by simplifying and standardizing processes to optimize business performance. The trainee will support the organization’s objectives through administrative tasks and seamless communication between Boutiques and the Corporate Office.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager in executing communication flow and creating the weekly newsletter.
  • Communicate information to teams following set workflow and cadence.
  • Partner with key corporate teams such as Merchandising, Training, Clienteling, VM, HR, and Events.
  • Maintain retail capacity calendar and internal Retail Directory.
  • Support ad-hoc operations projects.
  • Manage communication tools for boutiques and provide training to users as needed.
  • Monitor functionality and access of the internal retail website for Corporate and Boutiques.
Requirements
  • Full-time, 12-month program with availability M-F, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
  • At least 6 months of prior experience.
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent follow-through practices and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Background in Retail, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Operations, preferably in a luxury environment.
