Job Description

Summary

As a Trainee in Retail Training, you will participate in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. You will work with the Training department to support training and education initiatives, contributing to both day-to-day administrative tasks and long-term projects.

Responsibilities
  • Create content and design training materials following department standards.
  • Assist in planning and organizing training events and provide on-site support.
  • Assist with styling shoots for collection launches, including extended hours.
  • Manage training samples and oversee loans across departments.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, shipping, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct research based on department needs.
  • Utilize reporting tools to support training activities.
  • Generate reports for the internal E-learning App.
Requirements
  • Full-time, 12-month program with availability M-F, 9am-6pm, and occasional weekends.
  • At least 6 months of prior experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Preferred knowledge of Fashion GPS and Adobe programs.
  • Creative ability and graphic design skills desired.
  • Strong sense of fashion and terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
