Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive training strategy for TPMs and PMTs to advance their understanding of program management best practices.
- Design learning pathways tailored to varying experience levels, including foundational, intermediate, and advanced capabilities.
- Create and curate training content, tools, and resources to address key skill gaps.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using blended learning models and partner with Learning & Development for alignment.
- Provide coaching support to TPMs and PMTs, focusing on applying program management principles to real-world scenarios.
- Build toolkits, playbooks, templates, and reference guides to reinforce best practices.
- Conduct capability assessments to identify learning needs and tailor interventions.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and improve offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning efforts with enterprise goals.
- Foster a community of program managers through forums and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, or enablement roles.
- Deep knowledge of program and project management best practices with a focus on business value realization.
- Experience developing training materials and leading enablement initiatives for technical audiences.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and instructional design capabilities.
- Ability to influence and partner across technical and business teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.
