Summary
The Training And Onboarding Manager leads boutique training and coaching to ensure Dior selling ceremony, product knowledge, and client development support commercial goals. This role partners with boutique and regional leadership to identify needs, develop programs, manage onboarding, and elevate training initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate training programs on brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremony, and client development
- Evaluate ongoing training needs and provide regular follow-up to retail teams and corporate departments
- Revise or create training content in partnership with the training team based on business needs
- Partner with regional, merchandising, visual, events, CRM, and PR teams for seasonal product training
- Track productivity and coach underperforming associates with Regional Leadership
- Oversee induction and onboarding for new boutique employees and support store openings and events
- Provide spot coaching on the sales floor to enhance client experience and styling
- Manage the training calendar for seasonal launches, events, and activations
- Track effectiveness of training programs and provide regular recaps to leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Strong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industry
- Ability to develop comprehensive and interactive training programs
- Excellent communication and active listening skills at all organizational levels
- Proficiency with presentation tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to develop understanding of the brand image
