Summary
Responsible for leading and delivering retail training across the US Northwest territory, supporting sales teams on product knowledge, selling techniques, onboarding, and eLearning initiatives. Reports to the Director of Training and partners with store leadership to deploy and reinforce training programs and regional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing training content and identify learning opportunities
- Create and localize training materials for regional needs
- Upskill sales teams on watch knowledge and product storytelling
- Deploy and follow up on in-store trainings with Store Managers and Client Advisors
- Conduct retail coaching and in-store observations and provide feedback
- Manage onboarding for regional retail hires
- Monitor and manage eLearning platforms for assigned market
- Track and report on store visits and training outcomes
- Support Mystery Shop and Voice of Client initiatives and related action plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or training experience in a luxury environment
- Extensive watch knowledge; certification with FHH or similar is a plus
- Understanding of competitive watch market and micro-mechanics
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage departmental budget tasks and expense reports
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across professional environments
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% to 70% of the time
