Summary
Regional Retail Training Manager responsible for designing and delivering training programs across the US Northwest territory. Role supports onboarding, in-store coaching, eLearning administration, and localization of central training initiatives while partnering with store leadership and cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing training content and identify learning gaps
- Create and deploy training materials for Store Managers and Client Advisors
- Deliver in-store coaching and observations with feedback to leadership
- Support onboarding process for regional retail hires
- Localize central training initiatives for the assigned market
- Create monitor and track store visits to support regional initiatives
- Manage eLearning platform monitoring for the market
- Follow up on needs analysis action plans from Mystery Shop and Voice of Client
- Partner with interdepartmental committees and complete ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or training experience in a luxury environment
- Extensive watch knowledge with understanding of micro mechanics
- Supplemental certification such as FHH or GIA is a plus
- Experience with eLearning platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage departmental budget contributions and expense reports
- Strong coaching and communication skills for retail environments
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50 to 70 percent
