Summary
The Training Supervisor is a selling supervisor and member of the Store Leadership team responsible for executing strategic plans to drive sales, coach the sales team, and ensure a consistent customer experience. This role focuses on developing team skills, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting store operations to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop sales team to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
- Model selling behaviors and mentor employees to enhance product knowledge
- Assign and manage tasks goals and priorities for the team
- Monitor sales metrics share performance data and execute strategies to improve results
- Implement clienteling strategies and sell on the sales floor for at least half of shifts
- Execute promotional activities and support sales events
- Support inventory control merchandising needs and maintain productivity standards
- Supervise daily cash transactions deposits and register balancing
- Ensure compliance with health safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Retail supervisory or similar industry experience
- Strong leadership communication and coaching skills
- Ability to operate register stand walk and move for multiple hours
- Ability to lift or climb up to 30 lbs and work on the sales floor stock and dressing rooms
- Flexibility to work days evenings weekends and occasional overnight shifts and travel
- Business acumen with planning and prioritization skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co workers
