Job Description

Summary

Leads the development, management, and profitable growth of the Travel Retail channel across the Americas. Defines and implements strategic plans, commercial initiatives, and tools to support business expansion and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Travel Retail channel across the Americas.
  • Lead strategic planning and implement commercial initiatives and tools.
  • Drive profitable growth and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in the Travel Retail market.
  • Solid sales experience and skills.
  • Experience in eyewear, luxury, or selective distribution is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a relationship-driven, results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
