Job Description

Summary

As a UX Researcher 2, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define research needs for medium to large projects within our store and corporate employee space. Your role involves planning and conducting research, analyzing and presenting findings, and advocating for the user throughout the design process. You will utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to address complex issues.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to identify research questions and methodologies.
  • Identify research opportunities to advance the program.
  • Evaluate functionality across various platforms.
  • Conduct generative research to guide product direction.
  • Document research initiatives and manage testing processes.
  • Translate user needs into valuable solutions.
  • Communicate results creatively and compellingly.
  • Ensure customer-centric solutions in collaboration with other groups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in user research.
  • Fluency in various user research methodologies.
  • Experience with usability practices and theory.
  • Ability to adapt to technical limitations and business priorities.
  • Experience with Agile development process preferred.
