VIP Coordinator

Summary

The VIP Coordinator will manage relationships with high-profile individuals, stylists, and influencers to drive brand visibility and support VIP dressing and seeding initiatives. This role coordinates local events and award opportunities, tracks VIP activity and sentiment, and produces reporting to measure campaign impact. The Coordinator provides administrative support and contributes to budget planning for VIP and event initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and manage incoming VIP requests to ensure a seamless VIP experience.
• Coordinate VIP dressing, seeding programs, and product placement with stylist teams and assistants.
• Support and coordinate local events and exclusive experiences for VIPs and influencers.
• Research and propose relevant celebrities and emerging talent aligned with brand vision.
• Track global events and award ceremonies to identify opportunities and monitor VIP activity, mentions, engagement, and sentiment.
• Maintain up-to-date VIP contact databases and generate regular reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to amplify VIP initiatives and contribute to budget planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in public relations and/or VIP communication in luxury fashion.
• Sample trafficking experience required.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office programs.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel and flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
