Summary
Lead VIP initiatives for the US market including strategy, gifting, dressing and talent relations to increase brand visibility while maintaining luxury brand standards. Manage budgets, sample movement and collaborate with internal and external partners to execute award season, film festival and fashion show activations.
Responsibilities
- Develop US visibility strategies and accompanying budget proposals for pop ups store openings and product placements.
- Benchmark competitors and monitor rising talent to inform proposals and collaborations.
- Lead email exchanges with stylists concerning talent approvals dressing proposals and sample logistics.
- Oversee sample movement with VIP Coordinator and coordinate with Paris showroom.
- Brainstorm and finalize regional gifting proposals and pitch product launches to stylists and agents.
- Review monthly budget with Head of VIP and US Accounting and implement budget savings when required.
- Support stylists with shopping appointments purchases and special orders.
- Oversee VIP Coordinator and Freelancer daily activities and workflow.
- Organize fittings travel and logistics for VIPs and coordinate with Press teams for event assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years related experience working with luxury brands.
- Experience in an international environment preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced multi dimensional environment.
- Highly agile with ability to execute amid ambiguity.
- Superior written verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Fluent in English French is a plus.
