VM Production Specialist

The VM Production Specialist at the Dubuque Distribution Center is responsible for the construction, installation, finish, transportation, and management of all visual elements that support store marketing presentations, events, pop-up shops, store design prototypes, and special projects.

• Manage and execute projects, including owning entire projects as assigned.
• Ensure full proficiency in all major power tool use and adhere to personal and equipment safety requirements.
• Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
• Assist in all aspects of production work and meet deadlines as outlined by the Production Manager.
• Travel and work flexible schedules as required.

• Experience in visual merchandising, cabinetry, or woodworking.
• Knowledge of basic and advanced building techniques and ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficiency in all basic computer software, including MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, building strong relationships with in-store teams and management.
• Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills with clear and effective communication abilities.
