Job Description

Summary

As the VP of Digital at KREWE, you will be a key player in managing the digital customer journey and growing the e-commerce revenue channel. Based in our New York Headquarters, you will lead a talented team to deliver a cohesive customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Ecommerce team, aligning goals with company priorities.
  • Plan and execute sales performance via digital channels, setting revenue and profitability goals.
  • Define communication strategies for key customer segments and manage funnel stages to improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate promotional, retention, social, e-merchandising, and influencer marketing teams for e-commerce campaigns.
  • Direct performance marketing with a focus on customer acquisition through various paid media channels.
  • Establish marketing attribution infrastructure and analyze key KPIs for optimization.
  • Collaborate with in-person and wholesale channels to drive store traffic and awareness.
  • Be the subject matter expert for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience.
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mobilize teams and projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and attribution models.
  • Experience with multi-country e-commerce sales and current fashion advertising trends.
  • Self-sufficient in organizing and managing multiple projects.
