- Direct performance marketing with a focus on customer acquisition through various paid media channels.
- Establish marketing attribution infrastructure and analyze key KPIs for optimization.
- Collaborate with in-person and wholesale channels to drive store traffic and awareness.
- Be the subject matter expert for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer strategies.
Requirements- 10+ years of direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mobilize teams and projects.
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and attribution models.
- Experience with multi-country e-commerce sales and current fashion advertising trends.
- Self-sufficient in organizing and managing multiple projects.
