- Ensure team members are aware of the store vision and goals.
- Champion NMG culture and lead by example to maintain consistent customer service standards.
- Partner with Store Leadership and Regional teams to fulfill strategic efforts.
- Achieve maximum sales and growth in line with company vision and values.
- Oversee Store Leadership team execution, anticipating and adjusting for risks and roadblocks.
- Analyze and understand customer behavior, trends, and preferences to adjust processes and standards.
- Manage store budget to minimize operating expenses and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with Merchant and Planning Organization Leaders and Regional team to develop strategies and action plans.
Requirements- 14+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion.
- Prior retail senior management experience required.
- Experience with full profit and loss accountability.
- Demonstrated change leadership within team and organization.
- Track record of achieving results across multiple businesses.
- History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
- Experience navigating complex business problems and collaborating with corporate functions.
