Vice President Chief Information Officer - SoHo

As the Vice President Chief Information Officer at Marc Jacobs, you will lead the Information Technology team at our SoHo headquarters in New York City. You will be responsible for developing and executing a global technology strategy to support the company's growth ambitions, collaborating closely with the LVMH Group Chief Information Officer.

• Develop and continuously improve the global technology strategy and transformation plans.
• Ensure functionality, security, and efficiency of the IT landscape by applying Group standard architectures.
• Lead IT infrastructures, applications rationalization, and pilot IT for business programs.
• Ensure platform stability and reliability to maintain optimal customer experiences.
• Drive the implementation of the Global Group IT Operating model and manage existing and new core models.
• Lead technical and functional IT teams, integrating them into a high-performing global IT community.

• Over 10 years of technology leadership experience in global environments.
• Experience in leading and scaling high-performing technical teams.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Experience with third-party integrations and software architecture.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
