Job Description

Summary

The Vice President, Client Engagement at Gucci will be responsible for building a regional strategy to establish long-term relationships with clients through events and experiences. This role will support efforts to develop market-leading loyalty strategies and immersive client experiences, driving customer retention and sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Create new events and experiences to ensure brand elevation and ROI.
  • Develop client-centric programs to attract and engage clients.
  • Lead the Client Engagement team and collaborate with retail teams and partners.
  • Work with global and local teams on event strategy and execution.
  • Curate personalized brand experiences for VIP clients.
  • Develop partnerships with travel and concierge services.
  • Create tourist development programs for peak shopping periods.
  • Oversee Client Engagement Managers and Analytics team.
  • Analyze marketing initiatives and client development.
  • Utilize client insights to drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage event production and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with high-profile personalities.
  • Project and manage regional events calendar and budget.
  • Support Gucci America in developing new event initiatives.
  • Track and report event success regionally.
  • Manage client nominations for brand experiences.
  • Network with clients and attend events internationally and domestically.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or Hospitality.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Retail, Special Events, or related fields.
  • Experience leading elite teams in events and client experiences.
  • Proven ability in client management and relationship building.
  • Strong appreciation of the luxury fashion industry.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM Systems and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strategic, analytical, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to outline strategic plans and execute them.
  • Experience presenting to senior management.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 50%.
