- Utilize client insights to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage event production and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with high-profile personalities.
- Project and manage regional events calendar and budget.
- Support Gucci America in developing new event initiatives.
- Track and report event success regionally.
- Manage client nominations for brand experiences.
- Network with clients and attend events internationally and domestically.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or Hospitality.
- 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Retail, Special Events, or related fields.
- Experience leading elite teams in events and client experiences.
- Proven ability in client management and relationship building.
- Strong appreciation of the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with CRM Systems and Business Intelligence tools.
- Strategic, analytical, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to outline strategic plans and execute them.
- Experience presenting to senior management.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 50%.
