Summary
Senior finance leader responsible for overseeing financial planning analysis and performance management for U.S. and Canadian markets. The role ensures integrity of financial reporting drives budgeting and capital expenditure processes and partners with senior management to support strategic growth. Provides operational oversight visionary leadership and financial stewardship to strengthen financial health and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full cycle financial planning including annual budgets quarterly forecasts and multi-year strategic plans
- Supervise monthly quarterly and annual financial closings ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance
- Formulate long term business model analyses to support strategic decisions
- Advise Comex members and senior leadership with actionable financial insights
- Challenge and improve financial processes including budgets closings and CAPEX
- Lead ad hoc financial analyses and special projects to improve operational efficiency
- Build partnerships with LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics brands in North America to ensure alignment
- Lead manage and develop the Finance team fostering a high performance culture
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis preferably in multinational or consumer goods sectors
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving financial transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills strategic thinking and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to challenge processes and assumptions
- Highly organized detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to foster business partnerships across maisons
- Willingness to travel based on business needs
