Vice President General Manager

Summary

Senior retail leader responsible for driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence for the New York Flagship through development and management of store leadership. Oversees strategy implementation, coaching of senior leaders, and alignment with company goals to foster an elevated selling and service culture. Requires extensive retail management experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales and increase margins to meet business objectives
• Manage payroll expenses and overall profitability
• Develop and implement strategies and plans to drive sales
• Provide direction, motivation, and regular in person engagement with store leadership
• Coach and develop Assistant Vice Presidents and senior leaders for succession
• Monitor growth and performance of the NY Flagship and operational KPIs
• Build effective teams and create a sense of community and morale
• Participate with executive leadership in setting company vision and goals
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 15+ years of related management experience in retail or fast paced service and selling environments
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with experience developing senior teams
• Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed for meetings and events
• Customer focused and solution oriented mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
