Summary
The Vice President of Brand Strategy And Planning will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and lead regional brand strategy, planning and brand performance for North America. This senior role directs cross-functional strategic projects, market action planning and oversight of MarCom budget and analytics to drive growth and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and activate the regional brand strategy in partnership with the CMO and stakeholders.
- Design and implement the North America Market Action Plan from concept to execution.
- Lead 360 strategic project orchestration across Product, Branding and corporate initiatives.
- Establish and monitor brand objectives and KPI frameworks for key initiatives.
- Oversee MarCom budget allocation coordination and campaign ROI measurement.
- Drive data based insights on market data, sales, collections performance and client behavior.
- Promote tools and dashboards to improve analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Remove barriers to strategy execution including organization, talent and resources.
- Lead, develop and retain the Brand Strategy And Planning team and build succession plans.
Requirements
- Master's degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
- 15+ years senior executive experience in a multinational organization.
- Deep understanding of the luxury environment and historic brand management.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Strong strategic vision with pragmatic delivery focus and results orientation.
- High curiosity and knowledge of trends and best practices.
- Digital mindset and ability to encourage adoption of new technologies.
- High level of integrity and reliability with urgency to deliver to plan.
