Summary
The Vice President of Finance provides strategic financial leadership for the US and Canada region, partnering with senior leaders to drive commercial performance and support decision-making. This role leads the finance agenda across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce while overseeing regional financial strategy, reporting, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and monthly close across multiple entities and business units.
- Oversee accounting operations, balance sheet governance, intercompany accounting, tax filings, audits, and banking reviews.
- Maintain financial controls and compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Set performance metrics and provide financial insight on business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead and develop the regional finance team, improve processes, and partner with senior leaders on financial and operational decisions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role within a multi-entity organization.
- Experience in regional or multi-country finance leadership, preferably with US and/or Canada exposure.
- Strong expertise in multi-entity accounting and intercompany structures.
- Commercial, data-driven judgment and the ability to translate financial insight into strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders; retail, wholesale, or apparel industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work full-time in the office.
