Summary
Senior HR leader reporting to the Brand President responsible for developing and executing HR strategy across the U.S., the Caribbean, and Travel Retail. Role combines strategic vision and hands on execution across talent management, organizational design, compensation and benefits, compliance, learning and development, and employee relations. Acts as trusted partner to executive leadership and supports boutique openings, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement HR strategy and KPIs aligned with business objectives across the region.
- Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design initiatives.
- Design and manage talent development programs, performance appraisal systems, coaching, and training.
- Implement and manage competitive compensation, incentive, and benefits programs.
- Oversee payroll and commission processes and manage HR budgets.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, investigations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary processes.
- Support boutique openings through workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Represent the company at HR and industry events and liaise with HQ HR in Switzerland.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Strong expertise in U.S. employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in retail, luxury, or consumer facing industries leading HR functions.
- Experience managing payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at strategic and operational levels and drive HR strategy.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in change management and ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
