Vice President Supply Chain

The Vice President of Supply Chain will oversee and optimize the entire supply chain operations for the LVMH Beauty Division in North America. This role is crucial in building efficient partnerships with all the Brands in scope and ensuring the efficacy of the Beauty Division Supply Chain. The VP will lead teams to optimize processes, secure Brands’ assets, and execute sales orders planned by our Brands partners.

• Develop and implement the supply chain strategy to support overall business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including logistics and distribution.
• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing direction and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Drive initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Implement advanced supply chain technologies and systems to optimize operations.
• Prepare and manage the supply chain budget.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
