Job Description

Summary

The Vice President of Visual Merchandising defines and executes the visual merchandising strategy across the Americas, supporting more than 65 boutiques. The role ensures alignment with global brand standards while elevating the in-store client experience and driving retail growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional visual strategy across product categories and markets in the Americas.
  • Oversee window execution, interior propping, floor design, signage, special projects, and activations.
  • Develop and train retail leadership teams and collaborate across organizational functions.
  • Manage budgets and travel extensively to support regional stores as needed.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of visual display and merchandising experience in luxury or specialty retail, including executive leadership.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, creative, and artistic vision.
  • Ability to translate high-fashion trends into compelling windows and immersive retail environments.
  • Strong executive communication, influencing, financial management, and leadership skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Christian Dior brand image and luxury codes.
