Job Description

Summary

As the Vice President of Wholesale at KREWE, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing brand and revenue growth across all wholesale distribution channels both domestically and internationally. You will develop and drive the wholesale strategy, focusing on retention and growth of existing accounts while penetrating new markets. This role requires a creative and results-oriented leader to capitalize on our strengths in Sun and expand our presence within the Optical category.

Responsibilities
  • Establish multi-year growth strategies across all eyewear categories and partners.
  • Develop and maintain a twelve-month rolling budget of revenue and expenses.
  • Manage and grow the rep structure of both independent and employed sales reps.
  • Build and secure a pipeline of new business development opportunities.
  • Lead development of our wholesale loyalty program.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on sales and account satisfaction.
  • Establish and manage wholesale operations calendar.
  • Ensure B2B platform is executed at a high level.
  • Collaborate across all departments to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Partner with VP Brand Marketing to develop programs that support acquisition of new accounts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-12+ years of experience in a similar leadership role with P&L accountability.
  • Track record of delivering continuous growth within the eyewear industry.
  • Reputation for nurturing relationships with eyewear selling accounts.
  • Proven history for developing and ensuring the success of sales reps.
  • Solid understanding of financials including industry pricing and gross margins.
  • Proven ability to establish and drive sales processes.
  • Experience in leading wholesale outreach through trade marketing and events.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
