Visual Associate

Summary

The Visual Associate helps create an engaging visual environment in the store and supports visual initiatives. The role includes merchandising the sales floor, preparing window displays, and styling mannequins to meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the selling floor before store opening and maintain readiness.
• Follow direction from the Visual Manager and corporate visual team.
• Set up promotional and sale presentations, lettering, and signage.
• Assist with trunk shows, personal appearances, and merchandise replenishment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of visual team experience in a major multi-level department store and a portfolio of previous work.
• Ability to use carpentry tools safely and efficiently, with experience in painting techniques and basic production materials.
• Experience with styling and fashion pulls, and strong knowledge of current fashion and art trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator experience preferred.
