Visual Associate

As a Visual Associate at Saks Fifth Avenue in Boston, you will play a key role in creating an engaging visual environment within the store. Under the guidance of the Visual Manager, you will support visual initiatives, merchandise the floor, and design window displays to align with Saks Fifth Avenue's standards.

• Ensure "selling floor readiness" before store opening by demonstrating initiative and urgency.
• Adhere to directives and guidelines from the Visual Manager and Corporate Visual team.
• Execute promotional and sale setups, including presentation, lettering, and signage on the sales floor.
• Assist the Sales Support Team with trunk shows and personal appearance setups.
• Replenish merchandise on the selling floor and in wall units.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of visual team experience in a major multi-level department store.
• Proficiency in using carpentry tools safely and efficiently.
• Experience in painting techniques and basic production knowledge.
• Strong styling skills and knowledge of current fashion and art trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred.
