Visual Associate

As a Visual Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging visual environment within the store, supporting visual initiatives, and ensuring that all visual standards are met. You will work under the direction of the Visual Manager to merchandise the floor, create window displays, and style mannequins according to the guidelines set by Saks Fifth Avenue.

• Ensure "selling floor readiness" before store opening by demonstrating initiative and urgency.
• Follow directives and guidelines from the Visual Manager and Corporate Visual team.
• Execute promotional and sale setups, including presentation, lettering, and signage on the sales floor.
• Assist the Sales Support Team with trunk shows and personal appearance setups.
• Replenish merchandise on the selling floor and in wall units.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a visual team within a major multi-level department store.
• Ability to use carpentry tools safely and efficiently.
• Experience in painting techniques and basic production knowledge.
• Proficiency in styling, fashion pulls, and knowledge of current fashion and art trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred.
