• Develop and implement visual strategies to enhance the gallery's presentation.

• Collaborate with the Gallery Leader to align visual displays with sales objectives.
• Ensure all visual merchandising meets company standards and guidelines.
• Oversee the installation of new displays and seasonal changes.

• 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
