Visual Manager - Bergen

As the Store Visual Manager at Neiman Marcus in Paramus, NJ, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the visual strategy within the flagship store. Reporting to the Director of Visual Merchandising, you will lead the execution of seasonal directives, merchandising guidelines, and brand partner installations, contributing to an inspiring client experience.

• Develop and guide store visual stylists, ensuring clear direction, quality work, and timely execution.
• Recruit and retain talent, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Promote a customer-centric culture through effective collaboration and performance.
• Build relationships across various levels within and outside the organization.
• Oversee seasonal and monthly creative directives, including holiday campaigns and in-store installations.
• Ensure accountability for daily store standards and manage visual supply budget.
• Conduct weekly store walkthroughs with the General Manager and attend leadership meetings.

• 3+ years of visual experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to partner with all levels of the organization and identify operational improvements.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds.
